Filterfine Vietnam Marks a Proud 14-Year Milestone – A Journey of Unity and Growth

Filterfine Vietnam recently wrapped up a heartfelt and meaningful event: the company’s 14th Founding Anniversary Celebration, held in style at Trau Tuoi Minh Thanh Restaurant with the participation of the Board of Directors and staff of Filterfine Vietnam, together with its partner company, Gera Hi-Tech Vietnam. The event was not only an occasion to look back on 14 years of growth, but also a heartfelt tribute to everyone who has journeyed alongside the company and helped write its success story.

14 Years – A Journey Built on Relentless Effort

Since the very first foundations were laid, Filterfine Vietnam has traveled a 14-year path filled with challenges yet marked by great pride. From its early, uncertain first steps to the solid position it holds today, everything has been built on a spirit of unity, tireless effort, and the shared ambition of the entire team to grow further.

The 14th anniversary celebration (August 1, 2012 – August 1, 2026) was far more than just a party — it was an opportunity for Filterfine Vietnam to reflect on memorable milestones, honor quiet yet enduring contributions, and look forward together to an exciting new chapter ahead.

A Warm, Solemn, and Emotional Atmosphere

The program kicked off with the “Mystery Box” warm-up mini-game, bringing bursts of laughter right from the very first minutes.

The official ceremony continued with a heartfelt opening speech from Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Phuong – Director of Filterfine Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd., who expressed sincere gratitude to the entire staff for their dedication throughout the company’s journey. Also present was Mr. Phan Duc Hien – Director of Gera Hi-Tech Vietnam, representing the strong, long-standing partnership between the two companies.

The Trade Union Executive Committee also presented beautiful bouquets of flowers to the Board of Directors, a touching gesture that reflected the close bond between the union and the workforce at Filterfine Vietnam.

Honoring Outstanding Individuals – Recognizing Every Contribution

One of the most anticipated highlights of the evening was the recognition of outstanding employees for June and July. This was a moment for Filterfine Vietnam to acknowledge and celebrate the individuals who worked tirelessly and made meaningful contributions to the company’s overall growth. The meaningful awards, presented directly by the Board of Directors, served not only as recognition of achievement but also as motivation for everyone to keep striving in the months ahead.

The evening’s toast, accompanied by heartfelt wishes for the whole team, brought the formal ceremony to a close and set the stage for the lively, colorful birthday celebration that followed.

Candles, Cake, and a Sacred Moment at 14

No founding anniversary celebration would be complete without the candle-blowing and cake-cutting ceremony. The Board of Directors of Filterfine Vietnam, alongside the leadership of Gera Vietnam and department heads from both companies, came together to blow out the 14th candle, marking the beginning of a promising new chapter. As the “Happy Birthday” melody filled the room and the lights dimmed, an unforgettable moment was created for everyone in attendance.

The program also set aside special time to celebrate the birthdays of union members born in the third quarter of the year, with small yet meaningful gifts from both the company and the trade union — a true reflection of Filterfine Vietnam‘s deep care for every member of its extended family.

Bonding and Connection Through Lively Mini-Games

Following a warm shared meal, the evening continued with an exciting lineup of mini-games: “Sticker Dance,” which sparked plenty of laughter, and “Song Chain,” a spontaneous musical game that brought the entertainment segment to a joyful close.

Beyond pure entertainment, these mini-games served as a bridge that strengthened the bond among members of both Filterfine Vietnam and Gera Vietnam, bringing everyone closer together and offering a chance to relax and enjoy light-hearted moments after long working hours.

Looking Ahead to a New, Proud Chapter

As the program drew to a close, representatives of the Organizing Committee extended heartfelt thanks to the Board of Directors, the entire staff of Filterfine Vietnam, Gera Hi-Tech Vietnam, and their families for taking part in this special occasion. Fourteen years have passed, yet the road ahead remains long. With the spirit of unity, dedication, and mutual care shared by everyone, Filterfine Vietnam is confident it will continue moving forward and reaching even greater heights in the years to come.

The 14th anniversary celebration was more than just a milestone party — it stood as clear proof of the connected, people-centered corporate culture that Filterfine Vietnam has carefully built throughout its journey of growth. This strong foundation will continue to support the company as it strengthens its market position, expands its scale, and delivers even greater, more sustainable value to customers and partners in the future.

Filterfine Vietnam extends its deepest gratitude to all staff members and its partner, Gera Hi-Tech Vietnam, along with their families, for their unwavering trust and companionship throughout these 14 remarkable years. We look forward to seeing everyone again at future meaningful events!
