RECRUITMENT OF PURCHASING STAFF

1. Job Description

Purchasing: Receive purchasing requests from departments, source suppliers, compare prices, negotiate terms, and select appropriate vendors. Prepare purchase orders and contracts, and monitor delivery progress.

Quality Control: Ensure goods meet the required quality standards and conduct inventory checks with the technical departments. Request compensation if any issues arise.

Documentation Management: Collect and store purchasing documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Reporting & Information Updates: Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly reports. Update supplier information and order progress regularly.

Other Tasks: Support the accounting department, attend internal meetings, and update workflow processes.

2. Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: College/University degree in relevant fields.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

  • Professional Knowledge: Proficient in purchasing procedures, international business law, and import-export processes.

  • Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, ability to work independently, adaptable to different situations, and capable of working under pressure.

  • Qualities: Detail-oriented, meticulous, honest, and highly responsible.

  • IT Skills: Proficient in office software.

  • Language: Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
