JOB DESCRIPTION

Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain, service, repair, install, and monitor complex technical systems; provide technical consultation and troubleshooting support for customers and internal teams.
  • Research equipment and documentation to carry out installation, guidance, and technology transfer for equipment supply contracts (with warranty periods of 6 months or more).
  • Perform installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of complex technical systems in accordance with production standards and company regulations.
  • Control the quality and quantity of materials and construction items according to technical standards.

Supporting Responsibilities

  • Participate in product training courses, as well as installation, maintenance, calibration, and software usage training provided by manufacturers.
  • Maintain complete and accurate technical records and documentation (hard/soft copies) for each customer and project, in accordance with ISO 17025 standards.
  • Record and update technical documents, user manuals, and work procedures when improvements are made; propose changes for approval by senior management.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field: Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Age: under 45.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome, provided they are quick-thinking and able to handle work pressure.
  • A team player committed to long-term growth with the company (long-term contract); holds a Class B2 driving license.
  • GOOD English communication skills: able to listen/speak with foreign partners, read technical documents, work via email, and translate specialized materials.
