RECRUITMENT OF LOGISTICS STAFF

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Import

• Negotiate with domestic suppliers on pricing, shipping, payment, and documentation.

• Work with shipping agents and forwarders; track shipments and coordinate customs clearance.

• Prepare and verify import documents: Invoice, Packing List, Contract, Customs Declaration, etc.

• Manage bonded warehouse stock and complete all procedures before goods arrive.

2. Export

• Handle export shipments to foreign countries or export processing zones as assigned.

• Prepare export documents and submit customs declarations via ECUS software.

• Coordinate transportation and ensure on-time delivery to customers.

3. Other Responsibilities

• Forecast monthly import-export tax budgets.

• Maintain document archives, support accounting, and stay updated with customs/tax regulations.

• Participate in weekly/department meetings and submit periodic reports as required.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Gender: Female

• Education: College/University degree in relevant fields

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in logistics/import-export

• Language: Good English communication and reading skills

• Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and ECUS declaration software

• Skills: Flexible communicator, independent worker, quick problem-solver

• Traits: Detail-oriented, honest, patient, and able to work under pressure
