JOB DESCRIPTION

1️⃣ Sales Responsibilities

• Identify, build, and maintain relationships with new, potential, and assigned customers.

• Provide technical support, product trials, and demonstrations before purchase.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and follow up with customers throughout the sales process.

• Analyze revenue, costs, and performance to evaluate business effectiveness.

2️⃣ Technical Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during product operation.

• Study technical documentation to perform equipment installation, user training, and technology transfer.

• Work directly with suppliers and international experts when assigned.

• Participate in product training, installation, maintenance, calibration, and software operation courses provided by manufacturers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering — Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related fields.

• Age under 45.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if proactive and eager to learn.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.

• Basic English communication skills.

• Salary: 8–15 million VND (depending on experience and capability).

• Bonus: Sales commissions, 13th-month salary, holiday and performance bonuses.
