Product Introduction

Entegris Trinzik™ High Flow Filters are high performance filtration solutions designed to effectively control contaminants in solvents, dilute acids and bases. Available in HCE, HCM and HC0 configurations, they are suitable for applications in the semiconductor, hard disk drive and flat panel display industries.

  • Filter Membrane: Hydrophilic and hydrophobic PTFE with high porosity.
  • Construction Materials: Polypropylene (PP) and High Density Polyethylene (HDPE).
  • Pore Size: 0.04 µm to 0.2 µm.
  • Length: 10″, 20″, 30″.
  • Diameter: 2.75″ (70 mm).
  • Sealing: EPDM, FKM, E-FKM.
  • Maximum operating pressure: 5.5 bar at 25°C; 1.7 bar at 80°C.
  • Maximum operating temperature: 80°C.
