📌 JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide general support for the Sales Department/Company.

  • Receive and process orders, monitor contracts.

  • Manage and update customer data and sales reports.

  • Coordinate with related departments to ensure delivery and payment schedules.

  • Draft quotations, contracts, and other relevant documents.

  • Support customer care and respond to product/service inquiries.

✅ CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduated from Intermediate/College/University with majors in Accounting, Business Administration, Office Administration, Economics, etc.

  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales Support, Administrative roles, or equivalent.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

  • High sense of responsibility, positive mindset, good teamwork and coordination skills.

  • Basic reading and understanding of technical English is required.

  • Priority given to candidates seeking long-term commitment (3 years or more).
