NOTICE: CHANGES TO DUPONT’S LEGAL ENTITY AND BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION EFFECTIVE FROM OCTOBER 1, 2025

Dear Valued Customers,

Filterfine Vietnam would like to inform you of the official updates from DuPont de Nemours, Inc. (“DuPont”), our global partner and the supplier of Kalrez® products that we distribute in the Vietnamese market.

According to the announcement from DuPont Asia Pacific, the new legal entity and bank account details have officially taken effect as of October 1, 2025.

Key changes include:

• Updates to the legal entity name, mailing address, tax/VAT number, and other legal identification information.

• Changes to certain bank accounts and invoice payment procedures.

These changes are part of DuPont’s plan to separate its Electronics business, which will form a new independent company named Qnity Electronics, Inc., scheduled to officially launch on November 1, 2025.

Details of DuPont’s Electronics Business Separation

• On January 15, 2025, DuPont announced its intention to spin off its Electronics segment to create a new, publicly listed, independent company.

• By October 1, 2025, DuPont completed its internal restructuring, clearly defining the separation between New DuPont and the Electronics business.

• Once the separation is finalized, the entities managing the Electronics business will become part of Qnity Electronics, Inc., while other business segments—including Kalrez®—will remain under New DuPont.
