Product Introduction
The BPS-i30 HP ultra-pure pump system is a pump system designed by Levitronix (Switzerland) for handling pure liquids in microelectronic applications. Based on the principle of magnetic field operation, the pump impeller is suspended and driven by the magnetic field of the motor, completely eliminating mechanical contact between moving parts, thus causing no wear. Both the impeller and the pump casing are made of high-purity, chemical-resistant fluoropolymer resin. The flow rate and pressure are precisely controlled by adjusting the impeller speed electronically.
