Product Introduction

The BPS-i100 ultra clean pump system is a pump system specially designed by Levitronix (Switzerland) for the ultra clean liquid processing process in the microelectronics industry. Based on active magnetic technology, the pump impeller is suspended and controlled by the magnetic field of the motor, ensuring no mechanical contact between moving parts, eliminating wear and leakage. Both the impeller and the pump housing are made of high purity fluoropolymer resin, with excellent chemical resistance.​
