Product Introduction

The BPS-i30 Bearingless Ultra-Clean Pump System is a pump system designed by Levitronix (Switzerland) for handling pure liquids in microelectronic applications. Based on the principle of magnetic field operation, the pump impeller is suspended and operated by the magnetic field of the motor, ensuring no mechanical contact between moving parts, thus causing no wear. The pump impeller and pump housing are made of high-quality chemical-resistant fluoropolymer. Liquid flow and pressure are precisely controlled by adjusting the impeller speed. The motor and pump controller are integrated into the housing, significantly reducing the installation space. ​
