The Vaisala Polaris™ PR53M is a digital inline refractometer specifically engineered for accurately measuring the concentration of highly corrosive chemicals such as hydrochloric acid (HCl), sodium hydroxide (NaOH), sodium chloride (NaCl), sulfuric acid (H₂SO₄), and hydrofluoric acid (HF). Featuring an ultra-pure PTFE body and zero metal-wetted parts, the PR53M is ideal for demanding chemical and semiconductor process environments.
